not satisfactory. the acrylic boxes I had ordered for use to hold flowers on a grave turned out to have holes in them so were not watertight,

Both hanging baskets arrived in a rather sorry state. Both have many broken pieces of ratten. Decided they would be ok for this summer only to find that one of them has had the chains put on incorrectly & it's totally lop sided.

Hi. I am not happy because one of the jars on my delivery was broken. I have sent photos to the customer service department, but so far have not even received an acknowledgment of my email. Very poor. Regards. Julia Davey. (Purchase of two small glass Milano jars).

The bowl was nice although a little over priced. I was more disappointed with the customer service- or lack of! I emailed to enquire if it was possible to exchange the bowl for the smaller version but I didn’t even receive a reply regarding my query.

Ordered an outdoor storage box a couple of weeks ago and wondered why it hadn't arrived. No correspondence from whittingtons but the money has been refunded and the box is now out of stock on the site. I assume the order was cancelled for some reason but would have really appreciated some contact from whittingtons to let me know.

I purchased a Stewart 32cm and 38cm Limestone Cotswold Planter(Grey). After placing the order I immediately contacted customer services as I wanted to confirm if it was limestone not plastic (if it was plastic I would cancel the order). They replied immediately saying it was limestone. Unfortunately, the items were plastic when they arrived. I've kept the items as it was such a hassle getting the items delivered even though I had paid for next-day delivery (I did not receive the items until the 4th-5th day). They need to advertise their items properly and ensure they give the courier the correct address. Sadly, I will not be using the company again.

You were recommended to me to try as I work with a lot of different events companies. I had an incredibly important event for mh business. You failed to deliver. I was offered free next day delivery by way of compensation which I found petty poor by way of compensation for the huge problem you caused as I don't trust your delivery now anyway and usually the least a company would offer is a discount by way of apology. Very poor all around.

Very slow delivery. I ordered the goods on 18 Feb. Expected delivery time 3-5 days. It's now 8 days later, and the tracking shows they are not yet with the courier. Sadly, I needed them by yesterday, and if they arrive now it will be too late. I've had to use an alternative.

Product I ordered was nothing like what was delivered. A very cheap imitation was delivered instead. Complete lack of care and understanding from customer service when I complained and asked for my justified refund
