“Ordering online was fine. Pampas Grass lovely - box intact. Delivered on day stated by courier. Other 'silk flowers' needed a stronger box. One box was very damaged on delivery - with tape across it with 'Slapit' on it. What on earth is that!! Courier delivered the two boxes a day a late - not sure what the problem was with them. Quality of products satisfactory. Did not have to return anything.”

“Thank you for this delivery ,we are not making a damages claim but one of the 24 terricotta clay bowls was smashed to pieces with no damage to the others. we think you should probably mark such goods as fragile to help protect. Thank you again W Mapstone Nethercott Nurseries.”

“I’ve always used your products but was disappointed 5 of the wreath rings are broken on joints . 2 fixable with wire. I don’t think this is a you issue more a packaging issue so sorry to drop you a star . Otherwise great products and fast informed delivery”
