“Was an easy website to navigate. I was a little disappointed with the size of some of the silk flower bunches, they looked bigger in the photos on the website. Parcel arrived in a few days and was well packaged.”

“The product was value for money. Quick service. Only issue delivery - stated it was delivered to a neighbour on Thursday, but no door number was given. Checked with neighbours, no luck. Parcel on doorstep Sunday afternoon - strange.”

“Your website was reasonably easy to navigate though I had a problem with pot tape. I would have expected to find green and clear but could only find black. Apart from that, I got what I needed. The order was well packaged and delivered promptly. I would use your company again.”

“Love the way these look on our small plant theatre - the perfect size and shape. My one disappointment is that they have no drainage holes and I haven't had the courage yet to try to add the holes myself for fear of breaking them.”

“Whittingtons were great to deal with and product Is good the only issue was with the courier. Poor communication making the product arrive 3 days late and lorry arrived 1 hour early before time slot so I was not in and almost missed the delivery. All in all an ok service.”

“Been a customer for four years, and will continue to be so. If I could change anything, it would be better product descriptions possibly using scale... but be consistent, width, height, diameter especially with pots and baskets.”
