When my order arrived the envelope was EMPTY, how that happens is a mystery. I was sent tracking information, little did I know I was tracking an empty envelope. I got a refund, but needless to say I won't use them again. Really poor.

I'm afraid the can of silver spray didn't work. I shook it for a long period of time but what came out was not silver spray. Very disappointing as I had wanted to use it for my Christmas Devs. It seems silver spray is very hard to come by these days.

2-4 days delivery took 6 days to dispatch then item got lost and then took another 3 days to be dispatched and delivered again Joke of a company wont be ordering again

Emailed several times and telephoned several times, sent photos and no response to anything. My vases arrived poorly packaged and one was smashed to pieces leaving glass dust over everything. Very disappointed with an extreme lack of customer service.

The product arrived on time, not bad quality, biggest problem are the relentless emails asking for me to review. The company (wittingtons) seem happy to sell anybody there C grade products, this is fine but the hurrasment to review the product even before it has arrived is boarder line hurrasment. Have got to the stage of blocking there email now.

I have been buying from whittingtons for the past 20 odd years, going to a branch in Bristol excellent place Then suddenly it closed down Christmas Eve 2024 So decided to buy my silk flowers on line Very bad idea 👎 all flowers were plastic and horrible So I returned them at a cost of £7.64 which has not been refunded to me , already paying for delivery a Very expensive lesson, the flowers are for a 4” pot on my parents head stone , what a waste of money But my £41.78 refund was refunded to me promptly

Phoned customer service on numerous occasions but apparently no one available to take a call. Emailed customer services 3 times and no response. Very poor customer service.

Didn’t get what I ordered.The box was left on a doorstep of a house that no one lives in and was days before a farmer spotted it at the house which on a little lane that only he would pass . So not very good I ordered poinsettia bushes and go 2 green garlands that I will keep.

Received a dispatch email and an email to review items I am still yet to receive. Sent two emails to CS no response, they dont not answer the phones either. Spoke to local store who were unable to see order on system although they were very helpful.

Emailed to request change of order within seconds of ordering and yet still didn’t sort it out for me. Now expect me to return at my own cost for a refund. Won’t be doing business with them again. Shame as I was looking to buy quite a lot.

Pretty disgusted really. I placed an order in December to arrive for new year. I knew i was cutting it fine so i called them first, ordered only what was in stock and they said they could do it. They neglected to mention that the warehouse was closed down from 21st Dec to 2nd Jan, so no orders were ever going to be processed during that time. They were never going to arrive on time right from that call. All that stress for a few quid. Ive ordered from somewhere else now, £9.90 express overnight delivery and they’ll still be late, what a mess.
