“Product arrived as described, however it arrived later than expected. I ordered this product in the morning of 22/11/24 and payed for next day delivery as needed for a demonstration/class. After paying this next day delivery fee (£9.95) the product was not delivered until 28/11/24 and was late! Dissappointing service overall, yet no fault in the product itself”

“My first order the delivery driver told me he could take it back straight away before handing over the vases as it sounded like they were all smashed, so I agreed. I then arranged for a replacement delivery and still one of the cases was broken! Not great service really..”

“I currently bought 10 mossed wreath rings for my wreath making business, and unfortunately I have had 2 customers who have rang to say they have broke ! , I did notice when making them they didn’t seem very sturdy as other I have used from a different supplier”
