“Nice plants didn’t quite look as picture though and already had to do repairs on a couple of the fluffy pampas grass ends”

“When I received my order I was really disappointed. I ordered a white arch mirror when it arrived it looked totally different to the picture in the description it said nothing about it being shabby chic it looked distressed and awful. I did not return it because I'm homebound and so could not return it. If it had said it in the description I never would of ordered it.”

“The pots themselves were nice but poorly wrapped. One was badly chipped on the rim. I ordered 6 and they were in threes were together with 'bubble wrap' around but they must have knocked together in transit.”

“My order arrived well packaged but was dumped on my neighbours doorstep with nothing to say who it was for on the box so they had to unpack it and just guessed it was for me! Very pleased with the product though. I was disappointed that another urn I wanted to order would have cost more to deliver than to purchase. If you can deliver 6x glass urns(each weighing 1.5kg equalling 9kg total) I CANNOT understand why a 4kg fibreglass one has to go on a pallet. Madness!!”

“Goods received although not impressed with the courier. Item arrived very much later than the window of delivery dates given when item was bought and because it was for making wreaths, this held up the wreath making session planned for my friends and I.”

“The shop and staff are excellent. However, the provision available for ordering online needs updating. The whole process of ordering, paying, waiting for confirmation, waiting for tracking information and delivery information was difficult, slow and definitely not user friendly. Thankfully my online order did arrive, just three weeks later than expected and without any paperwork for the shop staff. Phew!”

“Unfortunately one of the items I ordered (3 raised wire wreath rings) I didn't realised that it was not individual rings but packs of 12 of which I now have 36. I am awaiting instructions on how to return items. I would say the rings are perfect for the task I would like to undertake, but I really didn't need the "quantity".”

“Most items I ordered were in stock, some not. Ordering was easy and quick. I did think from ordering to delivery time scale was a little slow compared to other wholesalers I use.”

“Generally good service but I paid for Saturday delivery which at time of ordering stated would arrive between 10am and midday. It did arrive on Saturday but because it was sent by (but not ordered through) Amazon it did not arrive untill 5:45pm which was too late to get the urgent quantity required out to my customer that day”

“Free click and collect at rothley advertised on website not available at checkout. Had to pay for c&c to notts then ring in. So cost £2 not expecting. Girl on phone super helpful super polite. Collection at rothley not good, barrier entry. Cannot see screen in bright daylight didn't realise you have to select the place you're going so wasted 5 mins. Finally through not obvious where to go. Got there in the end to front door then a sign to say go to side door!”
