“I love the variety of items this store has, but the last time I purchased something I was told one price them was told it was another price after adding VAT. This ended up costing more than the item pre-discount! It didn’t make sense that hidden VAT was charged in addition to whatever was on the price tag. Pricing should be transparent. There should be a sign in store to say all items will be subject to the 20% in addition to what you see on the price tags. Also, in this day and age, refunds should be given within 7 days of purchase if seals or packaging has not been opened and it is in a resaleable condition. Sometimes when organising events you over order but do not need the excess. Then you are left stuck with it and unable to recoup the lost payment. Kindly, reconsider your returns policy as I am trying very hard to support local and small businesses rather than just going to Amazon or the other larger companies. It is things like this that will lose a company’s business.”
