“Easy website to navigate for ordering and searching products. Great next day service for delivery if the order is placed early enough. Communication around any supplies that may be delayed is great. Thanks.”

“It was really great to be able to get the plasters for my husband who has just had a small surgery.
Plus the time of placing an order to the next day receiving them was fantastic. Thank you”
“Delivery time was unacceptable. I placed the order on 16/05/2025 and did not recieve the item until 21/05/2025. 5 Days! With most suppliers that I order from in NZ I recieve the goods within 1 or 2 days.
It took you 2 days just to processit and then send me an email telling me that it would be on the courier soon. You really need to up your game and get the orders out sooner if you want your online sales increase.”
