“The wrong item was accidentally sent out (nitrile instead of latex gloves). I called Amtech and immediately had a shipping label emailed through to return the incorrect goods followed by our correct goods on an overnight courier and delivered before 10am the next morning and before the nitrile gloves were even collected. Laurie was a great help and made the whole process incredibly easy, apologised for the mix up and got it sorted right away. In saying that, this is the first time we've had this happen because every other time the orders have been correct!”
