“Terrible experience.
Paid $38 and received one 5cm x5cm wound dressing. And then charged $7.50 for domestic postage.
No reply to a refund request.
I got ten for the same price from Amazon. Free shipping.
Will never use you again and tell my firends to avoid you.

While this is a high value item, I agree that the image of a box is misleading.
Regarding your re-fund request, I have done a little investigation and can see that this one did slip through the cracks and we are very sorry about this. I am happy to do a re-fund or supply a complete box due to the image error.

“We are Auckland-based. Called your company for the first time to enquire about ordering a sharps container for urgent delivery to Auckland. Needed to job the next day. Did not see on internet that you are based in Whanganui. The very helpful man who assisted me had a name starting with M. I cannot make out the name from the phone recording but it started with M. Order No. ORD24271205. He could not have been more helpful. And when I followed up with a phone call later (as suggested by him) to ensure urgent despatch occurred, the lady I spoke to was also very helpful.”
