“After a successful purchase and return a number of years ago, I came back looking for a posh frock. I was very pleased with their plus size selections and I was able to find some very stylish clothes for reasonable prices. One item that I needed to return was refunded (less the £2.50 postage fee, which I thought was a fair price given it was my error).”

“I ordered a dress in 2 sizes from Yumi. The delivery was perfect arrived within 3 days. The dress is beautiful and perfect for what I want. Very well made and good quality. I do think I should be allowed a free return for the other dress , As it’s the same dress in the size up. It’s only £2.50 charge but still I think if yumi could change this I would order a lot more from them. It’s hard when your between 2 sizes to get it right. Having mentioned the refund it wouldn’t stop me ordering again if I wanted a lovely dress for a special occasion. (Hence me giving 5 stars )”

“Beautiful clothing, good value, fast delivery. Majority of the dresses i ordered were true to size. Only negatives are you have to pay for returns and that I ordered a dress in 2 sizes and they came in separate packaging as if from a different company therefore did not take my flash sale discount of both of them and also means two different returns which I wasn't aware of.”
