“The three dresses arrived promptly but in two batches. I had to send two back as they weren't what I wanted although I was tempted to keep another of them as it fitted so well. Return labels were available and very useful for returning the goods. I waited 10 or 11 days before hearing but a refund was then given. A smooth process. I was very happy with the dress that I have kept.”

“Hemes... almost left my parcel in my (still to be collected) recycling box. Luckily my neighbour intervened. The cheaper brands... the dresses definitely felt 'cheap'... you get what you pay for I guess. The returns process could be easier. If you can't/don't want to print the label at home you can go to a PO with the QR code but the process to get the QR code is really clunky.”
