“I had such an amazing customer service experience while trying to order additional hair for an upcoming trip. I was having a difficult time locating the bundle quantity I needed because it was out of stock, and Serana reached out to personally assist me. I was so impressed by the quick response time and the level of attentiveness throughout the entire process. Serana was dedicated to helping me get exactly what I needed, and that meant so much to me because I’m trying to get my hair done before going out of town. I already love the Burmese Water Curl hair, and this experience made me appreciate the company even more. The communication was amazing, the pricing was superior, and I can’t wait to receive my hair! Thank you so much, Serana. It was truly a pleasure working with you, and I really appreciate everything you did to help me!”

“Ms. Serena was very helpful and always willing to answer all the questions I had and also ensure that everything I asked was answered to the best of its ability. Not only that but throughout the entire two weeks process of me reaching out for a specific customization she guided me along the way and made it easier for me to understand the process.
