“If you constantly browsing just stop now and purchase. Real review from Columbia Missouri. On top of the hair being amazing, I ordered late reached out through email and asked for a rush if possible. They made it happen yall. I’m satisfied. This is my third time purchasing I will be purchasing again.”

“I have used Ywigs before and have always had a wonderful experience. This time I did need to rrerurn the hair but inly because it didn't come in time and my hair appionment was moved up. The customer service team, Allen and Wendy, were very helpful with getting my order returned and refunded! Thank you again!”

“Love this company so much! I had an issue with my order dealing with the delivery and reaching out to the company to help me solve this issue was amazing. They got everything sorted out immediately and a very smooth process so I can be able to get my hair done. S/o my dear friend Rita that helped me throughout this process. “I ordered an additional bundle of crochet for fullness of a style I already have in. Unfortunately, the processing time was longer than usual. I spoke with customer service and they shipped my hair out right away, gave me an eta, and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. I haven’t experienced great customer service like that. This adds to the reasons that I continue to shop here.”

“The worst experience I've ever had with purchasing hair online. 7 to 10 days to process order! Yea, right! It took over a month for me to receive confirmation that my hair was in the mail. This is unacceptable. The $300 plus dollars was deducted from my account immediately. I made several installation appointments anticipating it's arrival that I had to cancel. Ywigs offered no excuse for it's tardiness nor discount for the inconvenience. NO RESPECT FOR THIS COMPANY!”

“I ordered the first time and messed up the shipping address (sent to them instead of my home) but they fixed it asap. LOVE the hair. The color is spot on and it’s so natural my kids thought it was mine. Ordered a second time and got the wrong length and they fixed it asap. Their customer service is amazing and I’m proud that finally a company cares about Black Women.”
