“I would have been a customer of Ywigs for at least 3years! Their braiding hair is excellent. I recently placed order for back to school braiding for my girls and mistakenly typed in the wrong address. I emailed customer service and it was corrected by Wendy @ Uwigs. Then I was sent a email confirmation that the correction had been made and my order was filled. This company has excellent customer service and products.”

“I reached out to Ywigs with concerns that my order may not arrive by the time I need it (my fault, not theirs, I ordered late). It was after hours and I didn’t expect a response that evening, but Vicky responded right away with an update on when my order will ship and when I will receive it. “I want to start off by saying this is my 3rd purchase from this company. Yes 3rd. Not only has the shipping and delivery been incredibly fast. But the customer service is incredibly outstanding.
