If you are thinking about placing an order with Zega Apparel, DO NOT. STOP NOW and save your TIME and MONEY. This company is a complete waste of time. I have been almost 12 MONTHS trying to get my correct order delivered with no end in sight. The so called "customer service rep" has completely stopped answering my emails and if ignoring any request. Therefore I have resorted to write this review- in an effort to draw attention to the extremely unprofessional business tactics of Zega Apparel. When I first reached out requesting for custom apparel, the initial customer service was on-point. Very communicative and willing to collaborate on my needs/ideas for my project. Once I sent over the payment everything changed. I was handed over form the Sales team to Waqas Khan- Customer Support Manager. I understand the unforeseen circumstances with Covid-19 and the impact it's had globally, but there is no reason to ignore emails from a paying customer without an answer for over 2 weeks at a time. When i finally received a physical sample of my order I immediately sent an email with the required alterations and my thoughts. We finally agreed on a final model and I approved the sample for production. Once confirmed it was almost impossible to get a estimated shipping date, as Waqas would not answer my emails for days/weeks at a time. I felt I was being led-on and given the run around. This back and forth went on for several months after pressuring for updates almost daily, until I finally received a package from DHL. The order I received was a completely different size and design. The garments did not fit and the sizes were very different from the sample we had both agreed upon for production. I immediately wrote Waqas and sent pictures explaining the order is incorrect, and that I was fed up with this entire process and that I just wanted a refund (even partially) to just forget the entire ordeal. At this point I was taking it as a sunk cost all the time and money. After waiting several days for a reply I was told there are no refunds and they best they can do it another order but I will have to pay for all international shipping charges. After more days back and forth arguing with Waqas I once again reluctantly agreed to pay for the international shipping of this new order as they where not offering any refund. And once again, here I am 3 weeks since I having received any email from Waqas after several attempt to make contact. If you are reading this, save your time, save your money and the countless headaches caused by working with Zega Apparel. If you are in the market for custom apparel, do yourself a favor and find a local small company with integrity and accountability. Trying to save a few bucks, I am now a of a couple hundred dollars gone and with 1 year of frustration with no end in sight.

Doing business with this company is the worse financial and business decision of my life.Typically, I don't write reviews on companies but I felt morally obligated to spare people from wasting their hard earned money on Zega Apparel and their associated services. DO NOT BUSINESS WITH ZEGA APPAREL OR ANY OTHER SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. I started working with Zega Apparel late 2018 - early 2019 to build custom designs for a brand that was launching that same year ( which took over a year to deliver). While I did do my research and found a few negative reviews, it wasn't enough to deterred me from doing business with these people. Our initial interaction was very positive, great dialogue, they provided input etc. Anyway, we went back and fourth on the designs construction, fabric ( which was expected) and I was seeing positive action. So as a result, I placed a second order with them and also had them build my website - worse decision!!!! At the time I stressed to the consultant that I couldn't wait a year like the first order, this had to be delivered on time - This individual assured it would be delivered on time ( still haven't receive it) . By now we were well into a year of waiting for my first order, now I was starting to noticed that they were struggling to develop the designs, construction was getting poorer and fabric quality wasn't great. Eventually, we got to a place we were I was giving up and just wanted it to be over- when I eventually got the first order the sizes, were all screwed up - a 3x looked like a small- I was literally in tears because I realized they screwed me out of my last dollar. Also,items that were suppose to fixed weren't fixed etc. On top of that I was dealing with the issues with the construction of the website, the client back end was outdated and very limited ( WIX is actually way better). They couldn't get the website correct or running as needed, so that was another delay on top of the order that I now had to figure out how salvage ( still can't sell it) By this time the relationship was sour and I wanted out - it felt like I was in an abusive relationship. I even express my concerns and unhappiness with the result of the order, the lack of response and no one offered solution. So with my second order, which I still have not received that was placed since last August 2019 - COVID -19 happened and was an excuse ( which understood).I have been trying to reach all the people i worked with to see the status when they will resume or get a refund, so I can get out of this business relationship and none have been responding. I have loss 20k+ with this company and I didn't write half of the mess with this company, so I urge you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.Don't be fooled by the few positive reviews and how charming these people are. They will rob you blind because they are not skilled or equip to deliver high quality goods. I will be looking into what legal rights/actions, because they have my last order and have not refund or delivered.

Never seen such bad service from a service provider. They took 1 year to ship my INCOMPLETE ORDER. the tops were not completed with no hem on them. I am now stuck with 3 boxes of incomplete products. No one even got back to me to check how my experience was. I called them millions of times and tried to talk about my issues with the customer service rep and the service. They have really low grade service and wasted thousands of dollars on this order .. I CANT EVEN SELL THE ITEMS ARE THEY ARE INCOMPLETE !!! VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ...
