terrible scam company full of Snakes. Nothing about this company is honest and they will just out right lie to you.

Horrible experience. We asked for a hoodie to be made and sent them a sample (An original order from them in 2019) and they let us know they would be able to recreate the hoodie and they sent us an entire bulk order of incorrect hoodies, and said we could not get our money back. They had a physical reference of the hoodie we wanted, and better yet, that hoodie they are recreating, they originally made in 2020. Do not work with them. Save yourself the headache. They won’t get back to you, won’t answer calls or texts, another company will be much, much better. Take it from me.

SCAM ARTISTS. FRAUD. STAY AWAY. [LAWSUIT INCOMING] We paid Zega Apparel $6,735 for 150 hoodies. They sent us the invoice 12/9/2021 and we paid it on the same day. It was sent to Zegatron LLC. It is now 8/17/22 and all we have been provided are lies, excuses, "samples" that are pure trash -- 8 months of this nonsense. We demand a FULL REFUND now, or we will file a lawsuit. They tell you what you want to hear, but then scam you. Read all the reviews online. They are all the same story. The only positive ones are fake and obviously written by them company themselves. Not sure if they are aware, but the are committing international wire fraud here. I'd suggest they refund us right away. The first samples didn't follow the tech packs at all and were such horrible quality. They made excuses and said they had to have them redone. We waiting 6+ months and finally received a second attempt. They were worse. Again, they did not follow the tech packs. The neck holes were so small you couldn't even put them on. The clown "Ali" there just makes excuses after excuse. We have a email paper trail a mile long full of contradicting lies and excuses. A court would crush this company. Refund now or we file suit for not only the money stolen, but also for damages, plus legal fees. We are done playing games. Our legal team is ready. I'd suggest avoiding that route. I hope nobody listens to their lies and falls for this scam. Not a single company we spoke to has had a pleasant experience, let alone received any apparel. This is clearly a big scam operation. Pure fraud. They are criminals.

This company is TERRIBLE; They are slow and LIARS plus you'll have to literally BEG to receive information in regards to your products but they are QUICK to ask for money for additional work when they haven't delivered what you've paid for !!!!

The shirts we received are completely unacceptable by any standard. They smell so bad they have to be kept outside and ruined our washing machine. The seams were all bubbled, and there were ink splotches all over the shirt. We have given them 9 months to get it right and they're still unacceptable. They refuse to offer a refund. Do not under any circumstances order a product from this company.

would NOT recommend this company for custom clothing. Promised me custom plans and tech packs within days and its been over 4 months and still don't have mine like they promised. I sent them LOTS of details and they ignore and don't add the information to the tech pack. They ignore me now when i reach out or say "ops i lost what you wanted, send it again" they just ignore when i tell them to go back through the emails, whatsapp messages and files i sent. The examples they sent me aren't anywhere close to what they sent me. They're super rude on the phone, when i express my concerns they tell me "stop being so picky, just relax, or we will fix it in the bulk order. just trust me man." super rude, unprofessional, and horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM FOR CUSTOM CLOTHING. They'll take your money and ignore you.

Just want to let other customers know this company are scammers. From other reviews it looks like there have been quite a few very bad experiences with this company. Ordered T-shirts, it took forever, bad communication bad everything. I have nothing good to say about them. Every time I called TV blaring in the background and you cannot understand anything that they say. Also they refused to email and don't like to text. When I got my T-shirts I was happy to finally be finished but then after one washing they bled all over themselves. These A-holes actually said they feel they have no obligation to me because they washed a piece of the material at their factory and it did not bleed on itself. WTF? Please learn from my bad experience. $800 lost. I have text messages and pictures. Support your local business.

bad experience with the company always taking long to make a simple sample and by the time they finish they only allowed me to make a simple adjustment before going into bulk order.

I started an order with Zega in March 2021. After much back and forth communication (7 months) and inability of the production team to get the items done correctly and of quality, and refusal of refunding my investment, I requested that they simply send me all the materials they say they purchased with funds I paid for my project. They agreed but said they needed to prep the materials and would have them out to me with a couple weeks. Well, it's now been 4 months since that agreement and still haven't received the materials. Each time I've contacted them, the do respond; however it's only to either say wait longer or that they've run into some kind of issue. On our final call, one representative revealed that they didn't even have all the material when this agreement was first initiated. So saying they had spent all the money on purchasing materials seems to be untrue. He then stated that he had the production team order more fabric for me than originally needed as a complimentary gesture because of how long this has been taking. I'm not sure that will happen either at this point. I even was criticized as being unprofessional and threatened not to get anything if I continued towards posting a bad review (I recorded the call so it's all provable). I truly put my hopes and faith in Zega Apparel to handle this project and matters well, but so far this has not happened and they have not seemed to care that I had invested all I had in making this work for my company to grow. Unfortunately as of date, I have nothing.

My friend received her sample merchandise and it looks a mess. The product looks nothing like her sketches, it took months to receive the samples, and the company claimed they sent the sample product to get embroidered and that was a lie. Then the company has the nerve to not want to give refunds. They suck so bad.

I sent them my designs for a quote and they pretended like I never sent them. Very frustrating when you're trying to get the ball rolling. If they are not capable of producing them then they should say so. I have my designs trademarked but I'm still afraid they will steal my designs. Do not ever communicate with this fake company.

BUYERS BEWARE. After almost 5 months they still have not been able to produce my product or even provide evidence that anything has been worked on. Ali continues to provide lies that the order is in production. When asked to provide a proof of progress, Ali just simply says tomorrow you will have it. month and a half after asking for proof, they still have not been able to provide a single picture from production. They also have refused to refund my money. I repeat, DO NOT use this company UNLESS YOU HAVE THE TIME TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

Awful experience with Zega. I purchased custom hoodies from them. I had easy to follow instructions that 2 other manufacturers were capable of following very easily in the past. Zega had a better price, so I was going to maybe switch. I counted on Zega, and they let me down. I asked and paid for a few things. I did not get any of them.. -Metal aglets = string dipped in paint poorly. (packaged wet also, so all shirts have grey paint on them) -Lined Hood = rough seams, and no liner. -Large oversized hoods (i included dimensions) = all hoods are the same size as the small.. even xxl. the hoods are too small to fit half a head in. They are 8 inches smaller than the pattern. -clean print = pitted, very poorly screened prints. the edges are all burned and look so bad that not one shirt can be used. All of these things were stated multiple times in writing. There was an agreement where I stated these things a final time before approving the start of production. These are the worst hoodies ive ever seen. I could go on for hours on all the flaws. They are completely unusable. They are covered in paint, with bad printing, and awful dimensions. Not one out of 50 hoodies was acceptable. This was a test order. We paid more than we should have for these hoodies, because of the small quantity. We pre sold them, and had to return all proceeds. We have since ordered with a new supplier. We have asked for a refund, but have to wait up to 60 days total for Zega to respond. Its been a week and they have not responded as of today. I was promised a lot, and given none of it. I was very exact with my custom hoodie order. Not only that, they claimed the machines broke so it took many weeks longer than expected. I was told they will not do anything to fix this issue. They offered me $2 off per hoodie for future orders lol! Ali, and Zega apparel, have given me the worst custom clothing experience of my career. I feel a bit stupid for not trusting the bad reviews, to be honest. I am trying to get my money back through paypal, and probably wont. I will be destroying these hilariously awful shirts live online to try and raise awareness on this awful company, and maybe earn some of our money back. I can not put these in the mall with my other garments. I cant sell one of the 50 hoodies I received. I would be embarrassed to wear one... if i could fit one over my head!

Do NOT order from this company PLEASE!!!! Feel free to contact me via social media with my experience!! We paid in full almost $8,000 and we still have nothing!! We placed our order in April!! They will lie and manipulate to pacify you!! The truth is you will NOT receive your items!!! Do not order from them!!!!!!

I paid about $2500 to this company to make shorts for my business over a year ago. They never made the shorts communication was very poor as they claim to be out of the US but are actually out of another country. Mark from Zega apparel lied to me many times saying the shorts were in production then didn't respond for weeks. When Mark did respond he told me due to Covid-19 they were not able to make them yet. I waited several months and finally they sent me a sample that was nothing like I had requested. I asked them to refund my money and they said they could not do it. I filed a dispute through Payoneer which is the company they use for money transfers. Mark finally responded and said if I dropped the dispute they would make it right for me so I dropped the dispute and then he told me I would have to communicate with the factory from this point on. He also lied and said that Payoneer never released the funds and they would loose money. I contacted Payoneer and they confirmed the money had been released to Zega Apparel. I made the attempt to communicate with the factory and they never responded or did anything to make our shorts. I made several attempts to contact them and have never heard back again. My next step is to take this matter to small claims court to get my money back. We are a local small business and cannot afford to loose $2500. This is very sad I have to go through these measures to get any type of revocation.

WARNING! Please do not believe the good reviews you see on for this company. They are very unprofessional foreigners that are scamming small business owners! I sent them money over a year ago with the hopes of getting my design done by them. They only communicate via email when it's convenient for them and when they finally sent pictures of my sample (months later), it was terrible! I sent a simple turban example that was suppose to be high fashion. Well there was NOTHING high fashion about the sample photos they sent and the quality of the stitching was very messy! The sample picture was very sloppy work and extremely poor quality! I have been trying to contact them for months now to get a refund and I can not fully connect with anyone! I am VERY UPSET!!!!!!

If you are thinking about placing an order with Zega Apparel, DO NOT. STOP NOW and save your TIME and MONEY. This company is a complete waste of time. I have been almost 12 MONTHS trying to get my correct order delivered with no end in sight. The so called "customer service rep" has completely stopped answering my emails and if ignoring any request. Therefore I have resorted to write this review- in an effort to draw attention to the extremely unprofessional business tactics of Zega Apparel. When I first reached out requesting for custom apparel, the initial customer service was on-point. Very communicative and willing to collaborate on my needs/ideas for my project. Once I sent over the payment everything changed. I was handed over form the Sales team to Waqas Khan- Customer Support Manager. I understand the unforeseen circumstances with Covid-19 and the impact it's had globally, but there is no reason to ignore emails from a paying customer without an answer for over 2 weeks at a time. When i finally received a physical sample of my order I immediately sent an email with the required alterations and my thoughts. We finally agreed on a final model and I approved the sample for production. Once confirmed it was almost impossible to get a estimated shipping date, as Waqas would not answer my emails for days/weeks at a time. I felt I was being led-on and given the run around. This back and forth went on for several months after pressuring for updates almost daily, until I finally received a package from DHL. The order I received was a completely different size and design. The garments did not fit and the sizes were very different from the sample we had both agreed upon for production. I immediately wrote Waqas and sent pictures explaining the order is incorrect, and that I was fed up with this entire process and that I just wanted a refund (even partially) to just forget the entire ordeal. At this point I was taking it as a sunk cost all the time and money. After waiting several days for a reply I was told there are no refunds and they best they can do it another order but I will have to pay for all international shipping charges. After more days back and forth arguing with Waqas I once again reluctantly agreed to pay for the international shipping of this new order as they where not offering any refund. And once again, here I am 3 weeks since I having received any email from Waqas after several attempt to make contact. If you are reading this, save your time, save your money and the countless headaches caused by working with Zega Apparel. If you are in the market for custom apparel, do yourself a favor and find a local small company with integrity and accountability. Trying to save a few bucks, I am now a of a couple hundred dollars gone and with 1 year of frustration with no end in sight.

Doing business with this company is the worse financial and business decision of my life.Typically, I don't write reviews on companies but I felt morally obligated to spare people from wasting their hard earned money on Zega Apparel and their associated services. DO NOT BUSINESS WITH ZEGA APPAREL OR ANY OTHER SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. I started working with Zega Apparel late 2018 - early 2019 to build custom designs for a brand that was launching that same year ( which took over a year to deliver). While I did do my research and found a few negative reviews, it wasn't enough to deterred me from doing business with these people. Our initial interaction was very positive, great dialogue, they provided input etc. Anyway, we went back and fourth on the designs construction, fabric ( which was expected) and I was seeing positive action. So as a result, I placed a second order with them and also had them build my website - worse decision!!!! At the time I stressed to the consultant that I couldn't wait a year like the first order, this had to be delivered on time - This individual assured it would be delivered on time ( still haven't receive it) . By now we were well into a year of waiting for my first order, now I was starting to noticed that they were struggling to develop the designs, construction was getting poorer and fabric quality wasn't great. Eventually, we got to a place we were I was giving up and just wanted it to be over- when I eventually got the first order the sizes, were all screwed up - a 3x looked like a small- I was literally in tears because I realized they screwed me out of my last dollar. Also,items that were suppose to fixed weren't fixed etc. On top of that I was dealing with the issues with the construction of the website, the client back end was outdated and very limited ( WIX is actually way better). They couldn't get the website correct or running as needed, so that was another delay on top of the order that I now had to figure out how salvage ( still can't sell it) By this time the relationship was sour and I wanted out - it felt like I was in an abusive relationship. I even express my concerns and unhappiness with the result of the order, the lack of response and no one offered solution. So with my second order, which I still have not received that was placed since last August 2019 - COVID -19 happened and was an excuse ( which understood).I have been trying to reach all the people i worked with to see the status when they will resume or get a refund, so I can get out of this business relationship and none have been responding. I have loss 20k+ with this company and I didn't write half of the mess with this company, so I urge you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.Don't be fooled by the few positive reviews and how charming these people are. They will rob you blind because they are not skilled or equip to deliver high quality goods. I will be looking into what legal rights/actions, because they have my last order and have not refund or delivered.

Never seen such bad service from a service provider. They took 1 year to ship my INCOMPLETE ORDER. the tops were not completed with no hem on them. I am now stuck with 3 boxes of incomplete products. No one even got back to me to check how my experience was. I called them millions of times and tried to talk about my issues with the customer service rep and the service. They have really low grade service and wasted thousands of dollars on this order .. I CANT EVEN SELL THE ITEMS ARE THEY ARE INCOMPLETE !!! VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ...
