Awful experience with Zega. I purchased custom hoodies from them. I had easy to follow instructions that 2 other manufacturers were capable of following very easily in the past. Zega had a better price, so I was going to maybe switch. I counted on Zega, and they let me down. I asked and paid for a few things. I did not get any of them.. -Metal aglets = string dipped in paint poorly. (packaged wet also, so all shirts have grey paint on them) -Lined Hood = rough seams, and no liner. -Large oversized hoods (i included dimensions) = all hoods are the same size as the small.. even xxl. the hoods are too small to fit half a head in. They are 8 inches smaller than the pattern. -clean print = pitted, very poorly screened prints. the edges are all burned and look so bad that not one shirt can be used. All of these things were stated multiple times in writing. There was an agreement where I stated these things a final time before approving the start of production. These are the worst hoodies ive ever seen. I could go on for hours on all the flaws. They are completely unusable. They are covered in paint, with bad printing, and awful dimensions. Not one out of 50 hoodies was acceptable. This was a test order. We paid more than we should have for these hoodies, because of the small quantity. We pre sold them, and had to return all proceeds. We have since ordered with a new supplier. We have asked for a refund, but have to wait up to 60 days total for Zega to respond. Its been a week and they have not responded as of today. I was promised a lot, and given none of it. I was very exact with my custom hoodie order. Not only that, they claimed the machines broke so it took many weeks longer than expected. I was told they will not do anything to fix this issue. They offered me $2 off per hoodie for future orders lol! Ali, and Zega apparel, have given me the worst custom clothing experience of my career. I feel a bit stupid for not trusting the bad reviews, to be honest. I am trying to get my money back through paypal, and probably wont. I will be destroying these hilariously awful shirts live online to try and raise awareness on this awful company, and maybe earn some of our money back. I can not put these in the mall with my other garments. I cant sell one of the 50 hoodies I received. I would be embarrassed to wear one... if i could fit one over my head!
