“Request for a quote was done promptly, rates were very competitive, therefore I chose South African Hotels and will use them for all future bookings and recommend to Australians visiting South Africa. It was great to have a telephone number on the quote to call and ask questions. One suggestion though an on-line paying system,example, paypal or vero secure payment options, instead of sending credit card details via fax or email.”

“I contacted South African Hotels 6 hours on the same day in which I checked in and they sorted me out very fast and with absolute ease. They got everything right from the quote / payment to the correct room selection and check-in with no effort at all. I am very impressed and will be using South African Hotels in the future again. No hassle no fuss just brilliant service.”

“The website clearly gave me options for Hotels near Oliver Tambo Airport. My chosen Hotel (Airport Grand and Conference Center) even though I had never heard of it was very comfortable and ideally located in the East Rand Mall Area. The only snag was the directions on how to find it. I had to call the Hotel to get directions. If I did not have a car hire, their airport Shuttle would have solved this problem.”
