When I arrived at my Hotel they haven't received the payment I made 4 days earlier to you and I had to pay an additional fee

Extremely noisy. Guests' TVs loud. Laughing/yelling into the morning hours. Room was neat and practical though.

I have booked a Hot Air Balloon Safari Pilanesberg from your website. and the rate is including the pickup and transit from the hotel and site since we will stay in the Lost Palace of suncity resort. But when I emailed the customer service, she replied we have to go to the service desk by ourselves. There is no more reply after I display the information from the website. Besides, I have not received any detail of the activity. Thank you!

Excessive price almost 4000 rand for one person while my colleague payed the same amount for a party of 4, and the lodge was occupied only 1/4th at most.

Caledon Spa is a nice place but there is absolutely zero allowance for wheelchair access to the rooms and all the pools. This includes sights seeing. The wheelchair users can only access the rooms from outside the hotel and they must hope it doesn't rain or there is a strong wind.

Communication was non- existent. It took about two whole days to get a confirmed booking.And no response from an emailed enquiry.

When ariving at the protea marine hotel in port elizabeth at check in they informed us they have not received payment from you !

At tropicana I pay a full amount of 4days stay on that price I include the price of dinner which is 189 per person it was a buffet price but instead we it at clippers the price was less then I pay they owe me money a lot. Now no 1answer my email but the staff were excellent special Olwethu at reception but I still want my money they say they will came back to me up until to day

I paid the deposit, but it a long time for my confirmation to arrive. I then had to chase the final payment - having been advised I would receive an automatic email asking for final payment 21 days prior to arrival. This didn't happen until I rang the office and asked what was happening.

The receptionist who made my booking over phone, was not very professional. When I asked him whether we could pay on arrival, his answer was, " Then why did you give me your credit card details now. As I did not know how your procedures work, and do not think that this is a professional response (and in any other case).

I appreciate the fact that you went out of your way to find an accommodation for my stay. But to get at the City Lodge Hotel and my booking is no to be found I think that was very unprofessional, it took me just over an hour to check in. A very professional Manageress Tshiamo Mahlabe took her own time to give you guys a call, which I think she spend a half an hour to get the wright answers. A BIG THANKS TO HER, Other wise I was about to go back home.

The agency is very poor in terms of handling its customers...they don't update you during the process of applying or give you more information about the hotel or lodge that one is applying to. In my case, it took them two days to come back to me until a started checking elsewhere for booking. Unfortunately all the options I tried had been fully booked so by the time they came back to me I agreed to proceed with my application.

the service in the start was good. all correspondence was on e-mail. everything was confirmed, since my family and I have never been to Sun City before, first experience ever. I questioned the breakfast on arrival, 18/12/2015 was confirmed on e-mail that we will be able to have breakfast when we arrive before 11am. we then went ahead and arranged to hire a vehicles to come through to Sun City to ensure that we arrive before 11am, which means leaving KZN at 2am with our kids, ages 4 & 9 and my parents ages 60, paying a deposit was required. 3weeks later I decided to call Sun City directly to confirm the breakfast and everything was in order, I was advised that breakfast was not included when we arrive. when complained to South African Hotels, Ryan Mackie was absolutely rude, had no respect whatsoever. he insinuated that we coming all the way fro FREE BREAKFAST, like we are cheap people. Said there's nothing he can do, was not even prepared to assist. now what kind of Management is this. making bookings on behalf of Sun City. I have reported this incident as this can cause a major decrease in bookings through South African Hotel especially if something like this goes viral.

Overall service is good but website is confusing. Quote system is misleading. Asked for no. of children and ages but subsequently transpired that quote did not include children. How is South African Hotels linked to Golfing Safaris?

Dear Mr Souchon, I am glad you received good service. We will work on improving child inclusions, it is very difficult as charges relate to a child’s ages and every hotel is different. The staff were very nice. The bathroom toilet was not working correctly. Some of the food on menu was not available
