“I’ve always been the tongue-in-cheek type when it comes to making hotel reservations online. I must admit that my dealings with South African Hotels were done hesitantly. However, I have been provided wrong – my issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Every single mail was answered and the necessary confirmation received earlier than expected. Thanks you.
