“Love the nasa watch I got. But the glass surface scratches way to easily and I’m actually quite upset by that. I own numerous watches Swiss and otherwise and have not had this issue. Please kindly get back to me on a possible solution if possible. Other than that love it and have gotten many a compliment on it.”

Hey there! Sorry to hear about that issue! The Trappist-1 features a hesalite crystal. All crystals are inspected before and after installation for any imperfections. This material was used so the high domed shape could be made without the crystal shattering or cracking when it might be hit against objects during normal wear and tear. The crystal will get small scratches or abrasions if hit against things. Luckily they can easily be buffed out using PolyWatch Scratch Remover. “I bought an Evergraph watch. I normally buy luxury brands on a much higher price point, and was impressed with the quality o the Xeric piece. The only down I have regarding the model I bought is that it lacks luminous paint to read the time in the dark.”

“The watch is very interesting. A bit oversized but wears OK on my 180mm wrist. But a few issues: 1) the seconds wheel and the sun disk, which are very (very) nice touches, are too small and too hard to read to add a lot of value to the dial, which is a real pity; and 2) because of the design of the hands when the watch gets close to the hour it's a little confusing to tell what hour it actually is. 6:57 can be confused for 7:57 as the hour loop is already over the seven hour marker at that point; 3) it would have been cooler if the layering of the hands were such that the end loops of the hands that are not indicating the time swept under a bridge to block them from view, while the other end loops were showing the time. Just an idea for a future model. But in spite of all this I still think the watch is very cool.”
