“The customer service I received from Sarah and Alyssa was second to none. I picked up my watch from the Kennedy space center and it had a cracked dial. I contacted the team immediately and they were super helpful with the entire returns process and even offered me an additional watch strap as compensation for my poor experience with the Kennedy space center. I can’t wait to buy my next xeric watch :)”

“Was very skeptical at first, however when I received the watches, yes plural I was very impressed with the quality and look. One of the watches had a scratch/crack and I called Xeric for a return. They processed the return with no hassle and sent me a new one. Excellent service and great quality. Keep it up and keep innovating new fun designs.”

“We gifted the beautiful Trappist-1 NASA edition Lunar Module automatic, in rose gold, black strap to my husband as a birthday gift. All the references the watch has to Apollo 11 and 50th anniversary makes it special! it is truly a conversation piece. He is thrilled we chose this watch! Now we have to mention how fantastic the ordering process and customer service through Xeric is! Quick safe delivery, follow-ups and tracking, easy! When we had a special request with customer service, it was fullfilled and beyond with very pleasant, efficient staff. We have already recommended Xeric and will continue to do so! thank you!!”

“I have three and really like them. However my latest one - a Halograph Chronograph an issue with getting the chrono centre minute dial to reset to the top and four emails to you have still not elicited an answer! My other general gripe is that you simply cant read the watch at night! I have a 15 year old Breitling that still glows stunningly at night and yet my latest four week old purchase dosent! Surely the application of high grade lumens is not that great a cost!”

Thanks for your review and feedback, Oliver! It does look like our customer service team sent some troubleshooting tips on how to work the Chronograph function! I hope that helped solve the issues! It is also important to note that the brightness of the lume will depend on the color of the lume (red is the least bright and green is the brightest) as well as the thickness of the lume coating. Strontium Oxide Aluminate requires exposure to initial light in order to charge the pigments. Holding your cellphone flashlight directly over the watch in a dark room for a minute will allow you to see the glow. The pigment can be further amplified by exposing the dial to sunlight or UV lamps. A full charge of any SOA lume features across brands will usually shine brightly for about 10 minutes, then have a sharp decline in brightness, with the residual energy lasting a few hours. “No news from my purchase, never got any message despite sending several requests. My watch seems to be close to Paris but I never got any call or any notice !!!! I am very disappointed - and unfortunately already owner of several Xeric watches”

Hey Wilfrid! It looks like our customer service team advised you a few times to call your local post to keep your package available for pick up, due to the delivery failing. Unfortunately, if a package isn't collected and they aren't contacted by the customer, it will be returned to sender. Once it arrives back to us, we'd be happy to reship. We'll be in touch when it does!

“I purchased my watch on eBay, I only needed caseback screws from Xeric. When I was specific in text what watch I had and what screws I needed I was asked to send a picture of the watch to show the person I was talking to what it was. This wouldn't have been that concerning, except when I did finally get the screws, after having to check in months later as they had never arrived, they were either the wrong screws or manufactured poorly. The replacement screws I received were too tall on the head and dug into my wrist. So after my experience I just left the missing screws out rather than dealing with customer service again. The watch is ok, but has it's issues (battery doesn't last very long, ceracoat scratches easily, discoloration.". I just couldn't see myself seeking out another Xeric watch, definitely not at full retail. I'm also not sure why I got this email to review my recent purchase as the screw issue was over a year ago.”

“Hoy en dia los relojes son de capricho y a los que aún nos gusta usar en la muñeca relojes es por puro gusto y amor a estos aparatos complejos maravilla del ingenio humano (asi como por ejemplo lo son las sondas espacielas... el ingenio y la sabiduría del ser humanopor el Universo...). Yo disfruto del diseño porque refleja mi forma de ser y los relojes de Xeric lo hacen perfectamente. Por ello los tengo y los disfruto contemplandolos y respondiendo preguntas a los que se sorprenden con ellos, no debes preocuparte por mas porque Xeric tampoco lo hace y simplemente instala en su interior un mecamismo confiable y se centra solo de ofrecer lo mejor de su creatividad y diseño para satisafcer los caprichos y gustos del que quiere llamar la atencion y destacarse de entre los demás con un elemento fino, sofisticado, diferente y con patente de calidad. Por ello me encanta Xeric. Garcias por ofrecerme tanto y hacerme orgulloso.”

“This is my fourth Xeric watch and it is an absolutely beautiful timepiece. I'm only giving it 4 stars however because it doesn't have any glow in the dark areas on it anywhere. It's too bad they weren't able to at least make the hands glow in the dark at bare minimum.”

“This watch would suit someone younger or possibly with near 20/20 vision. I find the numbers too small and really need to focus to understand what time is being displayed. The number layout doesn’t feel natural and only adds to the problems I have with it’s legibility. Finally, the two buttons don’t appear to do anything. Overall, a handsome looking, well-made watch. However, for me, it’s nigh-on impossible to read.”
