“The watch is very unique amd easy to tell the time at a glance. I changed the band to suit my preferred style and makes me love wearing it as much as I can. I love looking under the watch to see the mechanism at work. I've never bought watches so having this as my first makes me happy with a genuinely well crafted watch. It's a great ice-breaker for sure.”

“This was an anniversary gift for my husband. He was thrilled and has been wearing it since. The band/bracelet is soft and fits well. The movement is gorgeous and he explained all these details about how the drawing on the back of the watch are part of what NASA sent to space. It was so clear.”

“So far so good, leather strap is nice, will get better with age. Watch is slimmer than I imagined but that's a good thing, I have small wrists and this watch doesn't look out of place or gaudy, simply unique.”

“I bought the Retroscope Jump Hour, really like the watch. It is super cool looking and fun to watch the hour change! Silicone band seems durable, I may pick a second band to change up the look.”

“Got the Purple Retrograde and it looks just as expected. However, I haven't really worn it yet as I am waiting to try it on at a coctail party for a destination weeding and I beleive it will be a conversation starter for sure. I'm excited and looking forward to wearing it!”

“My experience with XERIC watches is transcending from a Defective on Arrival experience to a Customer Service success story. My Xeric Regulator Automatic Royal Sand arrived and the hour hand would drift off position through the course of the day. For about 8 hours, the hour hand would be bang on the hour indicator, and then it would lose position to where it was mid point between the hour indicators when the minute hand was at its apex. What time is it? Re-reading the fine print on the return policy, if you remove the plastic wrap encasing the crystal AND the crown (needed to discover this problem) you can no longer return the watch. I was afraid that I was looking at going through the warranty process for a brand new watch. I reached out to Xeric customer service via email (contact@xeric.com) explaining the situation. They replied within one business and asked if I would like a replacement or refund. I am working through the refund process. It took a few days, but I have received detailed instructions and a fully pre-paid postage voucher Canada to the USA that I will be taking to the post office tomorrow. The return process isn't over until the money has been returned to my credit card, but the initial indications are that all will be well. I will update my review upon conclusion. Based on the customer service experience so far, I would definitely reconsider their brand in the future.”

“Been into watches for 30+ years. Amazing what these small independents are able to do now at a price point from $500 to $1,500. Times are changing! Well done Xeric, keep it going! Already recommend one for my uncles 90th - now he's got one too.”
