“Never received a confirmation of my purchase couldn’t get a response from “ customer service “ never received my “watch”..but still got charged wasn’t able to track my purchase I also payed for the “ insurance “ ended up reporting my experience to my credit card company to have them take care of it … Won’t ever buy anything from this website… Should I tell you how I really feel….”

Hi Kevin! Thanks for your review. It looks like we've had a team member reach out to you regarding your preorder watch. Please kindly note, that your watch isn't supposed to be shipped until February of 2023, as clearly noted on the product page. As previously mentioned in our email to you, we always recommend you just email our team if you wanted to inquire or cancel. Bank chargebacks can take months to return the funds to your account, and we are happy to cancel and refund if you were just to shoot us an email. We could have just cancelled and refunded the same day. No need to ever go the chargeback Route. If you are able to contact your bank and cancel the chargeback, We can still cancel and refund. We would just need a letter from your banking institution closing the chargeback. If you still wanted the pre order item, you will still need to close the chargeback. In the meantime, we will place a hold on the order and please let us know if you have any questions.

“This is my second Xeric timepiece. Beautiful attention to detail in every way. The presentation was modern and classy. The fact that it comes with a UV light to activate the luminescent features was unexpected and a real treat. It is a real eye-catcher and unlike any other watch I have seen.”

“Very unique watch never seen anything like it. Not the easiest thing in the world to tell the time with quickly but that’s not really why you buy something like this. The Horween strap is excellent it’s one of the best leather straps I’ve had for the price point.”

“I own 3 Xeric watches. 2 work well, 1 arrived broken or nonfunctional. The latter experience has left me jaded and doubtful that I will ever make any future purchases from Xeric. UPDATE: I received a replacement watch and it is as of now, in good working order. I am highly satisfied with the swift service from Xeric and their associates and I will definitely shop for Xeric products in the future. Thank you, Xeric team!”

“Very good watch, but the Miyota movement is a bit loud, but I own a Timex with the same one and it’s an issue with the movement not Xeric. Overall, I love it and the design. It’s accurate and dependable, but something I wear as more of a dress piece than anything I would use to know an actual time for work or something. It’s a beautiful piece one could daily, and I will buy another if it caught my eye.”

“The watch is nice quality for the price though I do wish a little better pictures were taken and a better description was given. I did not know that the circles that were on the hands of the watch were actually there. I thought they were drawn on to help you see how to tell time on this unique watch. Beautiful gold watch with ugly orange circles at the end of the hands. Still cool but disappointed.”

“This watch was purchased for my husband which he liked due to its unique way of indicating time. The images, however, are a little misleading as they make the watch appear bigger than it really is. In reality, the numbers are difficult to read without a magnifier, yet I am still able to read the time by the hand position. It is a beautiful watch that catches people's attention. My only suggestion would be to make the numbers on the dial (particularly the minute numbers) bigger.”
