“I purchased a clasp style black leather band for my Trappist-1 Moon-phase Blue IP kickstarter exclusive time piece. Leather is supple, beautiful design, comfortable, and stylish. Clasp is flat black, also very comfortable and works as intended, smooth, secure, and durable. The watch and band meld into one on my wrist making it’s artistic impression complete.”

“El reloj es bastante bonito y de calidad en sus componentes. Tiene un problema, la corona que mueve el dial esta demasiado suave y hace que este se mueva solo haciendo necesario reposicionarlo para poder leer correctamente la hora. He escrito dos veces a Xeric para poder solucionar este problema y no he recibido respuesta. Muy poco profesional Después de escribir esta reseña Xeric se puso en contacto conmigo para reconocer un fallo en el diseño y dado que ya había usado el reloj, hacerme un descuento de 75$ por este defecto. Han transcurrido más de 10 días y no he recibido ese descuento prometido. Envíe un mail para reclamarlo y no me han contestado. Muy decepcionado”

However, they are made up of physical parts, so even at their most accurate, they can lose a few seconds each day. “Love the nasa watch I got. But the glass surface scratches way to easily and I’m actually quite upset by that. I own numerous watches Swiss and otherwise and have not had this issue. Please kindly get back to me on a possible solution if possible. Other than that love it and have gotten many a compliment on it.”

Hey there! Sorry to hear about that issue! The Trappist-1 features a hesalite crystal. All crystals are inspected before and after installation for any imperfections. This material was used so the high domed shape could be made without the crystal shattering or cracking when it might be hit against objects during normal wear and tear. The crystal will get small scratches or abrasions if hit against things. Luckily they can easily be buffed out using PolyWatch Scratch Remover. “The hour blocks are partially obscured by the curved arch so you can't see the incoming hour until 2-3 min after the next hour. Small detail but you would have been seen in the prototypes.”
