“I ordered the wandering hour watch with a lapis face. The watch is a nice size, a bit big, and a bit thick, but easy to wear. The lapis face looks good. The only issue with the watch is at the change of the hour. Both the previous hour pointer and the current hour pointer are both pointing to the time register, so don't know if it is 59 minutes after the hour, or one minute after the next hour. Overall quite happy, and only mark it down for this issue.”

“It is IMPOSSIBLE to tell what time it is because the deleniations are every 15 minutes. EXTREMELY IMPRECISE. It is IMPOSSIBLE to tell if its 10:15 or 10:05!!! WORTHLESS WATCH!!!”

Please note that in addition to the 15 minute indices, there are also additional minute indices along the dial track in black and white. “I am writing regarding my recent order, which was shipped to me via DHL. Unfortunately, the package, which contained the watch I purchased, was returned to you without any prior notice or explanation. I was not contacted, and no delivery attempt was made to my knowledge. This return was carried out unilaterally by DHL, and I had no opportunity to intervene or receive the item. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for this order, as the situation was entirely beyond my control.”

Hello Sergio, We are sorry to hear that the carrier was not able to deliver your order. It does appear that our customer service team has already addressed this issue via email. Duties are required on expedited international orders, so if they are not paid, the item can be returned or held unfortunately. For this reason, we do always recommend actively following the tracking for updates. Once the item has returned, our team is happy to process a refund.

“Very well made with a nice weight to it. The detail on the back of the watch is amazing and incredibly unique. The inclusion of a quick release strap is also much appreciated and allowed me to easily swap the black leather strap with a golden metal strap.”

“Great watch! Well made and perfectly finished. The designs alone demand a higher price than what’s asked. Only gripe would be the clasp on the bracelet, only 2x micro adjustments could do with an update on that. But honestly that’s just being picky!.”
