Hi Thomas! I'm so sorry you haven't been receiving our emails. Can you check your spam folder to see if the emails we sent on Dec 28th, Jan 10th, and Jan 21st are in there? Your Tourbillon is a pre-order watch and isn't set to be shipped until March, as we've stated on the product page. I apologize for any confusion about that. Of note, any time an order is unshipped, you're welcome to request a cancellation and refund. Unfortunately, the chargeback process does take a lot more time. If you wanted a refund, we're happy to assist with that right away. You'll just need to close the chargeback and provide proof. Then I can refund. “A nice beautiful watch, the design is awesome in the beginning it takes some time to get used to it but later its a normal way of time watching. the design is very cool and what i like about it is also that the glass is nicely crafted”

“For this expensive of a watch, I have higher standards than my typical 200-400 dollar Citizen or Seiko. This watch is great, and I would buy it again. The build quality, heft, mechanism are all top-rate! I would not buy it at MSRP though, that just feels like a luxury tax that doesn't need to be there. This isn't a Rolex. I wouldn't buy a Rolex if it was free, not a brand whore.”

“I was a little disappointed that I ordered it so early (Oct) and it came with a higher series number and after Christmas but with all going on right now this is of minimal concern. Customer service was very pleasant and informative when I contacted them to check the status of the watch. Overall a very pleasant experience!”

“5 stars for service. 5 stars on quality of the watch. Although after receiving the watch and upon further inspection I noticed a micro crack on the face of the watch--they were more than willing to accommodate and replace the watch. All shipping costs expensed. Super friendly and quick responding. You definitely get treated as you should. I choose this over my Rolex any day. The styles and details are impeccable and the complimentscome flowing in. Marvelous watch and I'm definitely starting a collection. Fantastic job, Xeric. You're the future.”

“This is a beautiful watch with a beautiful strap. The size is big, but it fits perfectly for me. the polished and brushed parts are great. I like it a lot. It looks so different, but is still easy to read. I feel like a VIP when I have it around my wrist :-)”

“My James Webb watch arrived a few days ago. It’s beautiful- better than the internet images. Several of my friends have asked me about it. This watch is unique in design and style. The customer service staff is amazing. Taylor provided great service and helped me with watch setup. He is a true professional. Kudos to Lana as well!”

“I can’t write a short review! I ordered the Vendetta blood ox automatic. After a year I have to weigh was it worth saving 50% ($750 vs $1500). Reviewing Miyota 90s5 vs ETA 2824-2 and it stands well in comparison and performance. Most 90s5 watch range between $500-700, so again within the price range. but those are standard watches. Let look at the casing and it is solid, well defined, and finishing is superb. I have a skinny 7” wrist and yet this watch is wearable and most definitely comparable to top end dive watch size. The drop down lugs is what makes it wearable and comfortable. Under 7” wrist I don’t see it and it is a cuff buster. But I say that because people are drawn to my wrist. I would wear this watch everyday except my rolex has that place. Everything from here on out is about design. Wandering hours under $3k absolutely. the complication module with a geneva gear is way too cool, and horologically it is very rare and usually starting at $10k. This a special complication at an affordable price. Dial Ox Blood is beautiful and i love changing dial colors with my mood, clothing selection, or just changing the look it makes you think you have a different watch on. The rotating hands and subdued top sapphire glass really is eye catching. View back is typical and something I would expect. Ver smooth winding and on the time grapher this watch performs at high levels of accuracy. Negatives: Rotating bezel is not locking and the big topic of discussion. It has not been too much of an issue but this really should have been a main focus and designed with a lockdown or ratcheting system. Possibly a friction gasket, c-clip sent out would be a great PR feature to your buyers. Those who complain about the design shipping time are impatient and haven’t really figured out the pre-buying platform, support and saving or possible investment value. Yes I hope the demand sky rockets up to$3K and beyond. This has a valid horological complication that many will not understand. I’m really happy with this timepiece, yes I have elevated to the reference vs a standard watch. Xeric, if you find a quick remedy for the rotating bezel and share it you will be golden. This watch isn’t for everyone, just the few who look at watches as an Enthusist, or horologically inclined. Love this watch!”
