“I bought three kitchen cloths; quality is good so far, vibrant colours, and large! Delivery was longer than reference times and so parcel didn’t arrive in time for Christmas (bought as a present) Would definitely recommend but order with plenty of time”

Hi Sara, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us. I am pleased to hear you are happy with the quality of your tea towels. I have checked on the order and can see at time of ordering you were asked to allow 3-5 business days for your products to be created and a further 48 working hours for delivery. Your order was placed 09/12 and shipped on the 16/12 which would have been the 5th working day. The parcel was then delivered on the 18th, 48 working hours from dispatch. “I had a great experience with Yappy, lovely customer service but unfortunately I still haven’t received my tea towel which was sent out 15th December - not the fault of Yappy, Royal Mail can’t help me, I think it’s at the bottom of a pile of mail in the Bristol sorting office.”

“Some lovely products and a decent delivery service - mine were split in two so I got some earlier than I otherwise might have. The slower items took over a week to arrive, but I am happy overall and would use again.”

“The recipient was thrilled with her jumper-I found the log in/password extremely annoying if leaving the page then going back-kept saying incorrect password-luckily my Son sorted it otherwise you would have lost the sale”

“Great website, easy to see what your pooch (or cat) will look like on the products. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I think the items are a little overpriced. I got a Christmas card and a book personalised with my puppy, to give to my partner for Christmas which he loved, but I won’t shop frequently. Nice for a treat or special occasion.”

“The product was perfect, productingtime and delivery was ok given that is was a week befor christmas (7 weeks days in total) I would have loved if you shipped to the europe. But luckily I have a friend in the UK who could sent it on to me.”
