“So pleased with my purchases and the service from Yappy.com. I have purchased many items from this company and have been really pleased with all of them. “I cannot give any stars for Yappy as my order dated 14 December and costing over £20 has never arrived. Customer Services do not answer my emails so I am at a loss as to what to do now.”

“I sooo love this shop! The personalised items are amazing and I love seeing my boy's name everywhere. I have bought from them and for a few years now, a number of items, from calendars to overnight bags! Everything is still in perfect conditions and the products. Love it! “Hi I ordered a feeding mat had it down 2 weeks back has started to crumble was told it was wear and tear after a few e mails the are making a special case and refunding my money but not return postage. Don't waste your money better made and cheaper alternatives available.”

I can see our customer care team have given you the option to return the feeding mat for a full refund. As this is not something we ordinarily offer, we cannot cover the cost of return postage I'm afraid, however, once the returned item is received, we will process a refund on your order including the original postage fee paid.
