“Unfortunately the items I ordered for Christmas never arrived. They issued a refund very quickly but I was disappointed that I did t get the items. I have ordered in the past with no issues”

It does appear your order was shipped from ourselves with plenty of time however, this beame lost with Royal Mail whilst in transit. “A well made item with good photo reproduction of our little dog. My partner was in tears when she opened on Xmas morning. Arrived in good time and was well packed.”

“The image of our dog looks so much like her and really suits her personality. I ordered a phone case which arrived very quickly, even though it was the Christmas period. I just wish there were more products! I'd like a glasses case and a t-shirt!”
