“My friend was devastated when, just before Christmas, she had to say goodbye to the dog she had loved for 14 years. I bought her one of the lovely Christmas tree decorations, in this case, with her dog's name on it and she was both touched and delighted. I am happy to say she has now acquired another canine companion, but she will not forget her beloved first dog, and will certainly remember her every Christmas.”

“The mug has become badly tea stained after only a few uses. I've treated it like any other mug, putting it through dishwasher on the same day it was used.”
