I am sorry to hear your bandana was too small for your pooch, I have had a look at your order and can see you did purchase our Smallest size. A medium may have been a better fit for your dog. We do include all the measurements for our bandana's within the product description and also include a handy size guide, so our customers can make informed decisions before purchasing. “Was happy with all our products we bought. The small dog bag is great as well as the cushion . Would recommend as the service was great and I was emailed and kept in the loop with my orders.”

“I ordered a pillow (11x17) for Father’s Day. The front of the pillow is perfect and it was a huge hit! Two things (but it would not stop me from ordering again are the back of the pillow is white material. With two dogs that is not going to stay clean for long and also, I would love to see the pillow stuffed more. Already after a week it is losing it’s shape a bit. It is a great concept and the quality of material and execution is really excellent.”
