“Moray was capable and efficient. Once he understood our preferences we settled on booking. I feel confident about the "bones" of our trip can fill in with b n b and other golf on my own. We are return customers after Ireland in 2011.”

“8 of us had 5 nights Golf Holiday booked through YourGolf. All went reasonable well until we arrived at the resort when we discovered that we could not have buggies at our tee times because they were all booked. This was despite the fact that I had asked Yourgolf to book for us in advance and they advised that they could only be booked on site. This meant that we had to change all our tee times to the afternoon and hope that buggies would become available. Fortunately, because of the great efforts of the Club House staff and our flexibility we were able to resolve the matter but only after a daily inconvenience to sort buggies. It is also cheaper to book them in advance. Buggies were essential because of the layout of the two courses nd the fact that one of our party had a medical condition requiring a buggy. The free gift promised when booking has never arrived. I have emailed the company 3 times since our return and they have totally ignored my messages. Don't tell them Darren sent you!!!! The holiday could easily have been totally ruined.”

“I have used Yourgolf travel a number of times in the past few months. I have found Seth the sales consultant both pleasant and extremely helpful. He immediately understands your needs re: room requirement and golf tee times which are often dependant on travel. He turns the impossible into possible and shows a great deal of patience in order to get the best golf and accomodation options. I will definitely recommend Yourgolf to my friends. Trish”

“Very good value for money. Hotel is clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Golf can be very slow. The golf course is fairly flat and well kept. Would certainly book another golf break.”

“phone answered promptly...details taken...phone-u-back asap assured. Preferences at hotel ( non-smoking room ) and golf courses ( early tee times ) noted and confirmed overnight. Good service.”

“There should be an easier process to match competors prices ,other than a written price offer which is almost impossible to obtain when seeking a price match.”

“Sales Team and offers are good value. The promotions Team that support the sales staff are shocking. Fourth year of booking. Last year promotion of 12 balls arrived after the trip, despite multiple promises and chase up. This year free Darren Clarke shirt! Hidden link has terms and conditions V naughty. 8 plus players which is the amount on the trip to Spain, but no must now be USA. All sounds minor, but does the company reputation no good. So trip etc all fine, but underhand and misleading promotion promises. :(”

“The team were very helpful and offered good advice as to which courses we should play. In the end we settled for two rounds at St Omer, as the other courses involved a significant travel time. They even honoured our voucher, although it was just outside the time limit. We have used YGT before and will certainly do so again”

“YGT received by brief and made a recommendation . It was not suitable so they came back with 2 others, one of which fitted the bill precisely. There were several phone calls and e-mails. All of which were answered courteously and promptly. Their recommendation was ideal and we have already re-booked for next year.”
