“We had a fantastic time at Turnberry. just one thing we booked BB & Evening meal and when we had eaten our meal they said that we only had £25 each towards the food. This was not stated when booking with yourselves or by the staff at Turnberry. this should have been made clear at the time of booking but we still had a great time thank you Jean Kelly”

“When booking our golf break I found the staff very helpful, and willing to help. The were very attentive in getting additional information to me, and if we required alternatives they obtained the information and replied very quickly. “I was very pleased with the service I received. Rhys was extremely helpful and was able to offer the package that most suited my requirements. I was then passed onto the relevant departments from there to complete my booking and make payment with complete continuity, which is rare in a lot of companies.”

“I booked 2 trips in 2 days. The first was a Uk trip and the service from the team (Robert Cooper) was exemplary. He was very prompt and efficient. The next day I booked a Europe trip and was not so impressed. I had to chase my enquiry and am still waiting email confirmation of my booking and tee times. So a mixed service from 2 different teams.”
