“Absolutely excellent, John was first class. This is the second time we have booked for Luton Hoo. Have recommended him to a friend who is booking for 16 for August next year. Keep up the good customer liason it is very important. Vivien Ward”

“Booking is always made very easy the only minus point is the long period between booking and any other further contact from YGT. Would appreciate an e-mail just confirming the details discussed at time of booking and payment of deposit”

“Just had a 2 night and 3 days golf break. Hotel was spotless, nice spacious room, golf courses were fantastic, greens were in very good condition. Food was average but acceptable. As expected drinks were more expensive. Had better afternoon tea elsewhere though. All staff were very helpful and polite. The golf shop staff were excellent and nice range of golf attire, especially for ladies which was surprising. So overall we had a wonderful stay and we will certainly be going back again. Just need to improve on the food a little bit more. Thank you for making our stay most enjoyable. Mr Mrs Parkin”

“Excellent service from start to finish! Booked my first ever golf holiday and they did everything-was thinking it might be difficult to book the tee times but it they got it done in minutes, overall super pleased with service, thanks!”

“The agent I dealt with, Lewis, was very easy to deal with and he did everything possible to ensure I got the trip I wanted. He gave me numerous tailor-made options. All I had to do was choose!”

I have even had information from them via personal email out of office hours within 15 minutes of enquiring about a weekend away. You cannot go wrong using this company for great service.
