The easiest booking ever made - and given the opportunity to re-book, Your Golf Travel would receive our repeat business without a doubt. We had been booked into a twin bedroom and I requested a double as preference. Almost immediately, we received return confirmation that our preference had been met. Such a refreshing and proactive customer-provider raport - congratulations on your service delivery guys!!!

Well I have paid my deposit a couple of days ago and am still waiting for confirmation of times etc. A bit difficult to do a review. If my confirmation of booking should be completed by now then it is very poor. If this is normal service to get a review before my confirmation them it ranges from normal to very good. Best go for normal!

Easy, quick, good response including post booking request for information. I like the well constructed web site but also the personal one on one contact and the fact that he had my details during the post booking conversation without me having to start at the beginning and explaining every minor detail. From my initial enquiry I received a punctual response. When I phoned to make booking I was attended to by Ashley who was professional in all aspects. Just waiting to hear confirmation of Tee Times and when you require balance of payment.

I booked a 3 night stay with 4 rounds of golf at the Macdonald Portal Hotel for my wife and myself. From the initial e-mail enquiry to confirmation of the booking the staff at Your Golf Travel were very helpful and efficient arranging tee off times to suit us. Overall very good service indeed.

We normally travel 2 or 3 times a year with YGT, as, quite simply, we get exactly what we are looking for. The staff are professional and exceptionally responsive - just what is required when booking a break. The prices are always competitive. Lee is our regular contact, and as ever, our requirements were fully met. Looking forward to another break thanks to YGT.

My booking experience wasn't great. I sent an enquiry about 2 options and 48 hours later an email arrived totally ignoring my question and wanting to book my second favourite option. I called but the guy who sent he email was away so another person took my full enquiry and said he'd pass it to the original person. This was a Saturday and I was due to get an email on the Monday with tee times etc. Monday came, no email. I called on Tuesday and got a very apologetic confirmation that nothing had been done. "He'll call you tomorrow". Nothing. I called and after 2 more calls I found that my ideal tour would carry a £45 per person supplement. I went for option 2 but feel I could have done far better booking it all myself. Not exactly persuaded to book through them again.

Our golf break booking turned out to be a little more complicated than I expected. Ben, your agent completed the deal with absolute professionalism, giving us the ideal weekend of golf. Now all we have to do is turn up and enjoy the weekend.

Gave 2 dates and and 3 courses. First choice resort and date available. Booked and paid for all within a couple of hours. Very good service. Looking forward to the course and hotel.
