Dear Lee, I am very sorry you were not completely satisfied by your visit to us. If it was your first time we would have needed to take your details to raise your invoice but it will be quicker next time. We usually have four members of staff ready but occasionally it gets very busy. So again, we are sorry about that. I hope your next visit will be perfect for you and we look forward to seeing you.

“The product was out of stock and had to wait nearly a week for it to be delivered First time ordering from this company I would check stock availability before you order if you need delivery in a couple of days .Once my product was in stock it was sent via U K Mail who are very reliable .”

“Am happy with the product (Eden dog food) but was very frustrated with the delivery. Having ordered on Tuesday 30th May I did not get a follow up email telling me when it would be delivered. I managed to find out it was due to be delivered on Friday 2nd June. When I tracked it on 2nd June I was informed it was out for delivery but it was never delivered. When I next checked I was informed it would be delivered on Monday 5th June. On the Monday I checked again to find out it would be delivered on Tuesday 6th June by which time I had run out of dog food and was fed up with having to juggle my diary in order to be in for the delivery. Thankfully it did get delivered so the dog didn't starve! I tried to talk to a human-being at UK Mail but it was impossible to get past the automated service. Please follow this up with UK Mail as they are not doing you any favours. Thank you.”

“The dog food is good. The delivery company used - DPD - is deplorable. My parcel was over 1 week in their depot before being delivered (still waiting!!). Pet Supplies Warehouse were contacted about this asking them to help if they could. They said they would come back to me - they still have not. Some socks need pulling up here I think.”

Hi Steven, DPD are extremely well reviewed, although recently we have switched to UK Mail. Unfortunately when a parcel is picked up by a courier it is then their responsibility and there is little we can do. You can imagine how much they are dealing with and we are small fry. If you would consider adding another star we would appreciate it as the order was dispatched on time. Kind regards, PetSuppliesWarehouse

“Ordered a dog bed and had some problems with delivery which ended up we having to purchase elsewhere. The fault lied with the courier rather than the company and they did agree to process a refund due to the inconvenience caused.”

“I was initially very impressed with the selection and the service. But I was annoyed with the delivery as I selected a store to pick up from as I wasn't in. Then they couldn't deliver there and I got allocate a time which I changed my diary to accommodate to then wait ALL day for this delivery that was guaranteed to come for it then to tell me at 7pm (delivery was due at 11am) that it wasn't coming and I would have to wait to Monday. Then for it to be delivered and be the wrong model, which was £5 cheaper than what I paid for. I didn't contact you as I couldn't face sending the dog bed back and waiting again. So I just accepted the model that was delivered as I couldn't be bothered to be inconvienced again.”
