“Dog is very pleased with her new Earthbound cushion. There was a lengthy delay from the manufacturer in fulfilling the order but I was kept informed by Pet Supplies Warehouse and given the option to cancel if the delay was too great. Happy to wait so no problem.”

“Ordered an earthbound dog bed . I knew it was out of stock when ordered it. I was reassured that I would receive my order by the date that I needed it. Correspondence was good via email and it did arrive. Very pleased with my dog .bed .”

“I have bought Earthbound dogs beds from Pet Supplies Warehouse twice now. They seem to be one of the few places where I could find the particular bed I wanted, and their price was competitive. There is a long delivery lead time, but I think that is on the manufacturer and not Pet Supplies Warehouse. They were good at keeping me informed of expected delivery date.”

“The Earthbound dog bed I bought (small) grey tweed is perfect : cuddly high back soft interior. My chihuahua loves it. The best dog bed I could find. I had to wait some weeks for it to be made but in the end it was worth it. It stays rigid and can be washed at 30 %. Will fit in with any interior decor too. Can be bought in all sizes.”

“Pleased with your service but disappointed with my earthbound beds which I have been buying them for years but won’t buy them again the sizes are poor they seem to have gone narrow my medium was terrible if it wasn’t for the cost of sending it back and the trouble I would have”

“I bought a dog bed from them which my spaniel absolutely loves. My only issue was their poor communication about delayed despatch, but when I emailed them to ask, they were quick to reply (I should say the delay was out of their control due to lockdown).”
