“Pleased with the product but needs to be packaged a lot better as when very carefully opening the box the bed cushion got cut by an inch! Requires something between the bed and the outer box. Have emailed but had no response from company so may not use again!”

“Prices fair delivery Ok but site gives impression order before 12noon dispatch will be that day but it's not processed till the next day making delivery following day a minimum 48 hours. Suggest a change of wording to say order before 12 for processing next working day .”

“I purchased a 2kg sack of Eden dog food to try for my dog.... The ordering and the delivery of product went smoothly. I just found the postage charge of £4.99 was rather steep.... They do offer free postage if you order a much larger quantity but I wanted to buy a smaller bag just in case my dog did not like it so the postage fees made it rather more expensive....”
