“A bit of confusion at first as after ordering item was told not in stock for a week said I still wanted it but order got cancelled and I had to 're order but got it in the end”

“Well packed parcel delivered to a neighbour's house as I had to rush away. One item did not come but I was made aware of this in advance - out of stock I would use this firm again”

“They offered the item we were looking for (dog bed) around £20 less than other trustworthy sites. Whilst the website was really good, the only thing that let it down was the lack of update between point of sale and dispatch - we've had issues with third party supplies before. However, the delivery and product are great. Would recommend.”

“Excellent range if products with competitive delivery. Well packaged and fairly quick delivery...would be 5 stars if quicker delivery option. The Eden food is excellent and my dog and cat both love it!”

“Good choice of products and good service. I was email to advise of a minor delay in delivery however 2 products were substituted and I would have preferred to be contacted prior to delivery about the substitutions so that I could have chosen myself as I have a very fussy cat. I'm keeping my fingers crossed she likes the new flavours otherwise it will have been a waste of money.”

“Was pleased generally with the service at Pet Supplies Warehouse, and the range of products was excellent. Dog bed fit my dog perfectly and is very well made. My one complaint is that they put the wrong flat number on the package and this caused a rather lengthy delay in getting the package to me.”

“I had an issue with the delivery of my order, to no fault of Pet Supplies Warehouse what so ever - it was to do with courier company. Pet Supplles personally telephoned me to explain the delay, in this day and age it is most refreshing to deal with a business that actually calls their - not hiding behind texts or email. The two dog beds I ordered are of excellent quality, the colour and the description on web site are very true to the product. Would use Pet Supplies again. Thank you.”

“I bought and paid for a dog blanket. 6/7 days later I had not had a dispatch email and on phoning a very pleasant man said he was waiting for a large delivery and the blanket should be there. It was and was delivered the following day - excellent. It does mean I paid for something you did not have in stock. The urgency was that I was going on vacation one day later and would not be there for the delivery. You also did the same a year ago.”
