“I have asked you to produce more variety in your moist dog food and you have listened. Thanks it makes a pleasant change. The dogs are just starting on the wild boar and pheasant so I will let you know how it goes with my next order.”

“As it was our first time buying from them and buying Eden dog food , Which is not cheap , I was £075 under my free postage prise and the genital man would not let me off , it came to £39.45 so I said leave it , Anyway I got a message asking why I didn't make the order so I emails and said , got a lovely email back saying to call , I rang and spoke to such a lovely man he sent my order even tho it was £0.75 under free post plus gave me a treat in my box for our little wire fox terrier Albert , So Thank You and I will order again . Sue”

“Very pleased with the Earthbound dog bed I ordered. Good customer service when I called to follow up on my order. The only downside was the order took 10 working days to arrive. However this was advertised on the website so it wasn't unexpected.”

“Communication was poor but they are apparently in the middle of change of ownership so thy were experiencing problems they say. Delivery period was much longer than I’m used to with other companies but the item was apparently on order to them. It arrived and and is perfect. So overall I probably would use the company again as price was very competitive.”
