“Quality dog bed.. super comfy and washable although I think my washing machine might struggle with the Large size which had to be specially made?!? So delay in delivery otherwise would have given 5 stars.”

“Fast delivery usually within two days. On the one occasion there was a problem with my order it was sorted quickly and without any fuss. My only other comment is that the item I order regularly, Eden Country Cuisine 12Kg Medium kibble dog food, is quite often out of stock and buying the 6kg size is more expensive. Otherwise very happy with the service.”

“I ordered my dog a new bed and the one I wanted was about £15/20 cheaper on this site than anywhere else I'd seen it. It was despatched within the 7/14 days originally advised when I ordered it. My only grumble would be the delivery system used via FedEx - I had received an e-mail advising it had been despatched but then heard nothing further until a few days later, when I had a card through the door saying they had tried to deliver and if they didn't receive alternative delivery information from me within 24hours, the parcel would be returned. A little harsh bearing in mind I wasn't even advised it was being delivered that day to give me a chance to stay in to receive it!”

“Earthbound beds are lovely. Good service but the website needs to be changed to reflect delivery accurately. The beds were made to order so took a couple of weeks rather than 1-2 days.”

“Good price and very helpful chap in customer service. Only issue was with parcel force not leaving parcel with neighbour necessitating a 5 mile drive to collect. Will order again.”

“Very quick delivery but parcel was addressed to the wrong house so I had to contact delivery company which was a nuisance. Also there are usually items out of stock, often long term so I can rarely make the complete order that I had planned.”

“I found is was easy to navigate the Pet supplies Warehouse website and to place an order and my order arrived within the timescale given. The Earthbound sherpa fleece pet blanket is extremely good quality and cost less than elsewhere. I wanted it to snuggle under when watching tv on cold winter nights but my cats have claimed it! As a result, I have since ordered a small sherpa fleece pet bed for them.”
