“My dog loves the f ood he has more energy and seems a lot happier in himself”

“The staff were very helpful when I had a problem with payment . The delivery was very quick and the product well packed . The only reason I could not rate very good was the payment on site . For some reason could not use pay pal but finally used credit card .”

“The service from Pet Supplies was excellent - and it was very nice to receive a covering letter thanking me for my custom. However, I would just mention that some of the Applaws 70g cans that I ordered were 'stodgey' as there was no 'juice' in them - and my cat wouldn't eat them. This does seem to happen lately with some batches, so I have been buying them locally so that I can see the sell by date and so avoid buying from the 'wrong' batch, but I thought I would order from a different Seller this time - however this obviously doesn't work. I don't know how to overcome this problem as it appears to happen to random batches”

“Lovely cosy dog bed. My rescue Lurcher loves it. Recommended by my sister who has 4 and has washed them frequently. Delivery was excellent as I was told within an hour it's exact arrival. Thank you!”

“The goods were delivered very quickly from time of order. Having had the incorrect quantity of goods delivered in error, Pet Supplies Warehouse gave a full refund of the shortfall. Would therefore purchase from them again.”

“The website is easy to use. Delivery was adequately quick. The product (dog food) was recommended by a friend, mainly for weight control: early days, but it seems fine, and (importantly!) our dog absolutely loves it.”
