My cover was cancelled by telephone on 27thDec . Now the company is trying to take money from a direct debit? I have cancelled this .

Setting up cover was so simple. Oliver was super polite and helpful and answered all my questions. His professionalism and knowledge is a great asset to Your Repair. His customer service was part of the reason I purchased. He deserves recognition for his work.

I found the initial application not clear regarding the discount and when I received your e mail it quoted the full amount to be paid and did not include The winter discount. When I phoned the lady was very helpful and confirmed the winter discount and altered my service date to suit me. . She also added my wife to the contact .
