We spoke with Marion on the phone and she dealt with everything, so helpful and very friendly. I don’t think we would have been able to do it without her help. Marion was marvellous.

I only just took out a contract, The process was easy to choose which plan worked for me, Everything was explained and easy to understand. I went for the fixed three-year price plan as that gave me one less bill that would not be increasing for the foreseeable future.

Having only just arranged boiler & heating cover I have no idea of your service! Ask me again in 3 years time! Setting up was nice & easy (even for a “sausage fingered technophobe”) Hope to be able to give you the thumbs up once we’re better acquainted!😁 A Bagley
