It is unbelievable as home emergency work. sent engineer job on second day. confirmed with engineer at same day but he didn't show up at the end of day. he lied to me that he didn't receive paper work. Then got my issue sorted on third day and I was charged £90 eventually. and won't allow me to cancel today , as I still need to pay for full year. rubbish company!!”
