lorna ditchfield dealt with me to set up home emergency cover and was very imformative and helpful. I hope your response in case of a boiler breakdown is as efficient as she promised. all in all I am happy with policy and price.

It took three days to get my problem sorted. It is unbelievable as home emergency work. sent engineer job on second day. confirmed with engineer at same day but he didn't show up at the end of day. he lied to me that he didn't receive paper work. Then got my issue sorted on third day and I was charged £90 eventually. and won't allow me to cancel today , as I still need to pay for full year. rubbish company!!

Had a boiler problem with boiler onThursday afternoon. Local tradesman on site at 0930 on Friday morning. Job sorted by 1030. Excellent service. Quality engineer.

I only booked the call out in the morning and the engineer contacted me a couple of hours later. Popped around to check the fault and returned 2 hours later to carry out repair in a speedy professional manner.

The engineer called to arrange to service the boiler for Saturday afternoon, he arrived on time true to his word. I can’t tell you how great that is not having to take time off work for an engineer that doesn’t turn up. This is the first time I’ve used YourRepair and I’m very impressed.

Engineer turned up on specified day did an efficient job and was generally neat and tidy. The only thing I would like is for a tighter time frame to be given for day of visit.

Good price. Gave advance notice of arrival. Came when they said they would. Clean and tidy job. Couldn't fault the engineer or the admin services.
