Also have signed up but have been given the month of march for annual boiler service, which is almost 12 months. I'm hoping that is a mistake otherwise I will want to cancel policy and get a service sooner.”

“I think as your business is online driven to get subscriptions, it would be good if the system is sorted or it is transparent that the price is £1.80 in the first year and £7.80 if one goes for 3 years. A lack of transparency is not a good sign for genuine customers. Thanks would try this year and see how it goes.”
“Terrible service. It was incredibly difficult for us to get the gas safety check with boiler service booked and I am still chasing up trying to get the gas safety check certificate. Would not recommend.”
