“Have just signed up with YourRepair on line with ease. Annual Service shown for March '24. But ok recent service with B.Gas in January. But leaving them another £80 increase this year. Big increase last year also. Price payed now much less. Signed up for 3 years no increase but only showing 1 year plan sent to me??”
“I think as your business is online driven to get subscriptions, it would be good if the system is sorted or it is transparent that the price is £1.80 in the first year and £7.80 if one goes for 3 years. A lack of transparency is not a good sign for genuine customers. Thanks would try this year and see how it goes.”
“Terrible service. It was incredibly difficult for us to get the gas safety check with boiler service booked and I am still chasing up trying to get the gas safety check certificate. Would not recommend.”

The gentleman who spoke to me, Oliver I think his name is, was very polite and helpful in giving me as much reassurance as he could that he could organise my annual service promptly so that the warranty on my combi boiler was not compromised. I look forward to the servicing and repair of my boiler being just as professionally.”
