I'm a landlord with 3 properties that I've had with British Gas for around 3 years. I got so sick of waiting anything from 15-40 minutes to have my calls answered, of not having a clue how many times the tenants had called them out and not receiving any information about the boiler servicing. I rang YourRepair and was answered almost immediately by a human being with intelligence and empathy. He told me that all repair visits, boiler servicing and gas safe certificates are uploaded to my account which I can access whenever I want. The quarterly charge is £13 per property per month for boiler & heating plan 2 (BGas currently charging £12 per property more for the basic boiler only svce) PLUS I get the gas safe certificates included. I signed up on 2Nov20 and got a call on 3Nov20 wanting to organise the services and certificates. I'm breathing a sigh of relief, my life is about to get a whole lot easier.

Quick and very easy to sign up and also very pleased that you service any age boilers as most companies have a cap of 10-15 years.

Spoke to Mel who confirmed all details about the Landlord Plan which is all set up now...everything made clear lets hope it all is as good as it sounds and for a good price. Leaving British Gas after being with them for many years.

Customer service was excellent however cannot comment on call out service as yet, as tenant has not had cause to call your service
